Philips Introduces 27E3C2500 and 32E3C2500 QHD Monitors With Curved VA Display, Starting at £129
Popular monitor maker Philips has introduced two new gaming monitors to its catalog, expanding its monitor lineup with more affordable offerings. The company has introduced a 27-inch and a 32-inch display, both of which utilize a VA panel and offer entry-level specifications at a QHD resolution.
Apart from the difference in panel sizes, these monitors don't have many differences and are quite identical in specifications. The first one is 27E3C2500, a 27-inch VA display, and the second one is 32E3C2500, featuring a larger 32-inch VA display. Looks like Philips is looking beyond premium offerings, as the masses cannot afford $500 OLED panels.

These two monitors offer decent specifications for their price, making them ideal for everyday work and gaming. Both variants offer 2560 x 1440p resolution, providing sharper and richer details, coupled with a good 144 Hz refresh rate for fluid motion. With the 27-inch monitor, the image quality will be sharper, while the 32-inch variant will deliver more immersion.
The monitors also offer a 1500R curvature for superior immersion and a fantastic 3000/4000:1 contrast ratio for deeper blacks. These displays also offer a wide color gamut, particularly the 32-inch variant, which should deliver more vibrant images thanks to its wider color space coverage. Both offer HDR support, anti-glare properties, adaptive sync support, and dual 2W built-in speakers for convenience.
For connectivity, their I/O brings a single HDMI 2.1 and a single DP 1.4 port for display output alongside a 3.5mm audio jack. Pricing-wise, the Philips 27E3C2500 is priced at £129.99, while the 32E3C2500 monitor will cost £169.99. Both models will be available for purchase in November.
