《Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls》首名 DLC 角色 Phoenix Cyclops 实机演示公开

Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls first DLC character, Phoenix Cyclops, finally has his gameplay revealed right on time for Evo France 2026 and the first Evo major to hold a Marvel Tōkon main tourney. On that front, Zando took the first title home against YMST_P4U.

Cyclops is practically a beast all on his own, but with the touch of the almighty Phoenix Force on top of his mutant powers? Arc System Works brought out one from the Avengers vs. X-Men run and it sure doesn’t feel like the usual Cyclops we all know and probably root for. Attitude wise, he’s probably on the same beats as Magneto.

Cyclops still gets his classic blue and gold uniform skin, by the way. Usually, it’s Jean Grey who gets taken over by the cosmic force. Seeing Scott get a dose is something.

Phoenix Cyclops has his Optic Beams specials still in his kit so far. Scott gets himself a gauge that is built on solar shards he acquires during the fight. This could lead to an install of sorts that gets activated when all of them are there. It’s powered up by at least 4 Optic Beam based attacks from the looks of the footage. Also, they have to connect in order to attain shards.

Cyclops still looks as if he’s different from his usual shoto style we have seen in the Marvel Vs Capcom series and with more aerial moves. And with that additional heat here, his Optic Bla.. err Rage super can be powered up more. The Ultimate Dark Ascension feels like a grapple move itself since it’s short range.
Phoenix Cyclops is the first DLC character for Year 1 on November 2. Whether he’s a part of an official team is still up for grabs.
