《Overlord》改编手游《Lord of Nazarick》将于2026年12月16日停运

Lord of Nazarick will officially shut down on December 16, 2026, after roughly two years.
The Overlord-based RPG launched globally on Android and iOS on October 30, 2024.

If you have been meaning to return to the world of Overlord in Lord of Nazarick, you have just a couple of months left. The mobile RPG based on the popular isekai anime has announced that it will end service on December 16, 2026, bringing its journey to a close roughly two years after its global launch.

While no specific reason for the closure was provided, the team said it had made the difficult decision after careful consideration. Before the servers go offline, there are a few important dates to keep in mind.

On October 14, 2026, in-game purchases and top-ups will be disabled, new account creation will close, and the game will be removed from app stores. The official Discord channel will also close on that date.

Lord of Nazarick offered a turn-based battle experience with plenty lore from the Overlord universe

Released globally on October 30, 2024, Lord of Nazarick was published by A PLUS Japan in collaboration with Crunchyroll Games. The turn-based RPG brought the anime’s fantasy world to mobile, where you could assemble a team of the characters and experience stories inspired by the series.

You could recruit iconic characters such as Ainz Ooal Gown, Albedo, Shalltear Bloodfallen, and Sebas Tian, while exploring familiar locations including the Great Tomb of Nazarick, Carne Village, and E-Rantel. Alongside its story content, the game featured strategic battles and PvP combat, where you could pit your strongest lineup against other players.

The game also aimed to give fans a fresh perspective on the anime’s events, with additional scenarios and opportunities to command the series’ well-known characters in battle. However, it seems like the developers didn’t see the title as worth running, while the players expressed their disappointment at the announcement.
