There’s a whole lot happening in the most recent update to Project Gorgon, and as one might expect from a sandbox with such varied pieces to it, there are multiple facets to consider. Like revamped foxes. Or animal cosmetics. Or monster and ability updates. And Halloween, lest we forget.
We’ll begin with the primary gameplay additions made in this update, with several adjustments to some of the game’s skill lines. Some of the major ones include several refinements to surveying to make it less annoying, some smoothing for the angling skill, and the addition of a new swimming skill as the MMORPG preps for “more underwater adventures in the future.”
Some other changes include the same weekly buff now applying to all eligible players instead of randomly generated ones, the deployment of the revamped and visually improved fox model, new cosmetic items for other animal forms like hats and eyewear (including for ducks), and a new “no resell” item toggle that prevents something being sold by a player vendor from being sold by a player vendor ever again.
Finally, the Halloween season has come to the sandbox, with “dire news… and also some pretty weird requests” being offered by the goddess Zhia Lian. Regular players should expect this seasonal event to be improved from its beta run, with several content additions for high level characters, over 100 quests, and unique rewards.
