《The Crew Motorfest》推出劳拉·克劳馥主题扩展《Tomb Raider: Secrets of Ni’ihau》

In the Tomb Raider games, the raiding of tombs is executed by Lara Croft, an acrobatic woman who can pull levers with her hands, leap over death traps with her legs and push a heavy puzzle block into position with a well-braced shoulder.

In The Crew Motorfest’s new Lara Croft-themed expansion, which I either played recently or simply hallucinated, the raiding of tombs is done by a Suzuki Jimny.

• Levers? Pulled by the 4x4’s winch.

• Death traps? Avoidable with some smart steering and acceleration.

• Puzzle blocks? Nothing that can’t be nudged with a fender.

Where is Lara Croft when you need her? In Mongolia, she says, in a new $10 expansion to Ubisoft’s ever-expanding Hawaii-set driving game. All we see of Lara in The Crew Motorfest: Tomb Raider: Secrets of Ni’ihau is the drone she’s controlling as it flies by our vehicle. She’s too busy to appear. Maybe we can do some raiding to help her and her friend Jonah out? There’s an artifact to be claimed before some French thugs nab it. It’s a wind gourd.
