已有《街头霸王》《生化危机》《怪物猎人》和《逆转裁判》电影，但你会如何拍卡普空《洛克人》（MegaMan）电影？
There's been Street Fighter, Resident Evil, Monster Hunter and Phoenix Wright movies, but how would you tackle a MegaMan movie?
I sorta alluded to this in one of my last threads, but I do find it odd that we haven't had a MegaMan movie yet (that isn't a crossover with Duel Masters). But the question is, how would you tackle such a project? Live action or Animated? Original story or adaptation? What sub series, etc... I do have a thought on what i'd do for one, (focus on the rivalry between Light and Wily), but with game movies being tricky to balance pleasing critics and diehards, not quite sure how it'd stick. But that's just me, how about you?
Mega Man is quietly becoming the Alex Kidd of Capcom. I'm not even sure they consider the next game to be a major release for them, so pitching a script for a movie license would probably be an uphill climb
Live action, directed by Paul W.S Anderson.
John Wick but Mega Man.
Live action, directed by Paul W.S Anderson.
Starring Milla Jovovich as Roll
- X series
- original story
- animated, 2D or 3D
- trilogy
- first movie focused on fighting four Mavericks, second movie focused on fighting the next, finale focused on defeating Sigma alongside Zero
It's selling point would have to be great action scenes, because nearly nothing about MegaMan is getting seats filled. I'm talking Demon Slayer or Jujutsu Kaisen action scenes. Maybe even add in a tie in game.
By this point, I would take the Mega Man episode from Secret Level and expand it to a whole animated movie.
