ZywOo 在 Vitality 夺得 ESL Pro League S24 后刷新 HLTV 生涯 MVP 纪录至 34 枚

Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut has claimed the MVP award at ESL Pro League Season 24, extending his all-time HLTV record to 34 career MVP medals.

The French superstar led Vitality throughout the event in Katowice and finished the tournament with a 1.43 rating.

His performance peaked in the Grand Final, where Vitality swept MOUZ 3-0 to secure their second consecutive tournament victory.

ZywOo Wins Sixth MVP of 2026

The ESL Pro League Season 24 award is already ZywOo’s sixth MVP medal of the year.

His 2026 collection now includes several major international tournaments.

The six awards come from:

• IEM Kraków 2026
• PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026
• IEM Rio 2026
• BLAST Rivals 2026 Season 1
• StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026
• ESL Pro League Season 24

The latest award moves his overall career total to 34.

No other player has won as many HLTV MVP medals.

Tournament-High 1.43 Rating

ZywOo finished ESL Pro League Season 24 as the highest-rated player at the event.

His overall 1.43 rating came across Vitality’s unbeaten tournament run.

He also led the competition in kills per round at 0.86 and Round Swing at +4.33 percent.

Other major statistical categories were similarly strong.

He ranked second at the tournament for both average damage per round and KAST.

The combination of elite individual numbers and Vitality’s title made ZywOo the clear MVP choice.

Playoffs Bring Out His Best Form

ZywOo became even stronger once Vitality reached the playoffs.

He recorded a 1.66 rating against PARIVISION in the quarterfinal.

In the semifinal against Aurora, he finished with a 1.44 rating and produced a huge performance on Cache.

Then came the Grand Final.

ZywOo recorded a 1.65 rating against MOUZ as Vitality completed a clean 3-0 victory.

That made him Vitality’s highest-rated player in all three playoff series.

His playoff ratings were:

• 1.66 vs PARIVISION
• 1.44 vs Aurora
• 1.65 vs MOUZ
• 1.43 overall tournament rating

The consistency across every elimination match separated him from the rest of the field.

Grand Final Caps Dominant Event

Vitality entered the Grand Final against MOUZ without losing a series.

That unbeaten run continued.

The team swept MOUZ in the best-of-five and secured another major international trophy.

ZywOo finished the final with 64 kills and only 33 deaths.

He also posted 90.3 average damage per round and an 82.6 percent KAST.

Those numbers produced his 1.65 rating across the series.

The Grand Final performance effectively removed any remaining doubt about the MVP race.

Cache Becomes ZywOo’s Playground

One of ZywOo’s strongest maps throughout ESL Pro League Season 24 was Cache.

He averaged a remarkable 2.03 rating on the map during the tournament.

Against Aurora in the semifinal, he recorded a 2.36 rating on Cache.

The performance helped Vitality recover after losing the opening map and eventually complete a 2-1 comeback.

ZywOo later explained that Cache has been one of his favorite maps since the early stages of his career.

That comfort was visible throughout the event.

34 MVPs Extend Historic Lead

The award adds another milestone to a career already filled with individual records.

ZywOo now owns 34 total HLTV MVP medals.

He has also collected 27 Big Event MVPs and three Major MVP awards.

His career MVP count has grown rapidly over the last two seasons, with eight awards in 2025 followed by six more so far in 2026.

That means 14 of his 34 medals have arrived since the start of 2025.

The volume of recent awards underlines both his individual form and Vitality’s continued presence deep in international tournaments.

Vitality Find Winning Form Again

The EPL title is also significant for Vitality.

It is their second tournament victory in a row after winning StarLadder StarSeries Fall in September.

ZywOo was named MVP at both events.

That gives Vitality strong momentum after a slower period earlier in the second half of the season.

The team finished ESL Pro League Season 24 without losing a series and defeated PARIVISION, Aurora and MOUZ during the playoffs.

Assessment

ZywOo’s 34th MVP award is not simply another addition to an already historic collection.

His numbers in Katowice show why he continues to separate himself from most of the professional Counter-Strike field.

He led the tournament in overall rating and kills per round, then raised his level even further when Vitality entered the playoffs.

The 1.65 rating against MOUZ was the final statement.

With six MVP awards already in 2026 and Vitality returning to trophy-winning form, ZywOo continues to strengthen his position as one of the defining players of the Counter-Strike era.
