So the latest update to The Quinfall adds the new Worker system to let you manage various functions they can perform for you. You might be thinking “ah, so I need to put out an advertisement for workers, then?” And… uh… no. Not that kind of worker. Let’s point out that it starts with crafting a Worker Badge, a Lasso Rope, a Truncheon, and a Wheel of Discipline. It then involves going to the area with the worker tribes and… uh… look, you can probably guess from the Lasso Rope and the Wheel of Discipline alone that this is not a voluntary situation.

Workers can have a variety of professions, ranging from farmers and warriors to dancers and caravaneers. Players can only train workers in Altar areas, not in purchased houses, and each tribe specializes in different professions. Workers who die are also permanently lost, which makes having warriors to defend them pretty important.
