讨论：截至目前，你心中的 Pure Xbox 2026 年度游戏是哪款？

We've got two months until we begin the voting

Can you believe we've almost arrived at Game of the Year season?! We'll be starting our voting process in just two months' time for the Pure Xbox GOTY 2026, but before we get there, we wanted to get an early idea of what you might be picking - at least as things stand right now.

There's an obvious reason for this, which is that GTA 6 is launching on November 19th and will likely take the crown for many Game of the Year awards, including the one here at Pure Xbox. It just kinda seems inevitible at this point.

If that Extended Preview was anything to go by, it's going to be a pretty special game!

There's certainly a lot of competition though, including from Xbox's own first-party studios. Looking at Metacritic's top 10 best-rated Xbox releases of 2026, both Forza Horizon 6 and Gears of War: E-Day are in the mix, while notable third-party games include Resident Evil Requiem, 007 First Light, Hades 2, Ace Combat 8 and many others.

In fact, there are 28 Xbox games on Metacritic with an 80 average or higher in 2026, so there have certainly been a lot of releases this year that have proved popular with the critics - not to mention the fans as well.

Let's do this, then! We'll save the poll for December, but just to get an early idea of how we're all feeling, we're asking you to share your initial Game of the Year pick(s) for 2026 in the comments section.

We'll also leave a few PX GOTY roundups from the past few years in the "related articles" below.

What'll it be? If you had to pick right now, what's your Game of the Year for 2026? Tell us!
