Despite 2023's critically acclaimed Dead Space remake, Electronic Arts' sci-fi survival-horror franchise is on ice, thanks to lackluster sales of the game-of-the-year contender. But EA clearly hasn't forgotten about Dead Space as a franchise, based on a new trailer for Battlefield 6's next season. It looks like Battlefield fans will be facing the enigmatic Markers from Dead Space in a new limited-time game mode coming to the first-person shooter.
