WWE 2K26 has officially rolled out a brand-new update to the game for October 2026, including new entrances for multiple popular Attitude Era wrestlers. The update makes changes to several wrestlers added in WWE 2K26's recent Ringside Passes.

The newest entry in the annual wrestling franchise from Visual Concepts and 2K has brought plenty of new content following its March launch. WWE 2K26 has released five editions of the game's Ringside Pass, introducing fan-favorite wrestlers like The Hardy Boyz, Danhausen, and Brie Bella. Visual Concepts also debuted a special DLC pack in late August to commemorate WrestleMania 42, adding special personas for Cody Rhodes and Alexa Bliss alongside the arenas from the annual event. Now, WWE 2K26 has launched a new update to the game, adding some new content and making multiple fixes.

WWE 2K26 Launches Patch 1.19

Patch 1.19 is officially live for WWE 2K26, adding a slew of new entrances to the game, among other content. Matt Hardy and the Hardy Boyz tag team were a major focus for Visual Concepts in the update, adding a new solo entrance for Matt Hardy '00, tag team entrance with Jeff Hardy '00, and trio entrance with Jeff and Lita '00. Fan-favorite WCW and WWE superstar Goldberg also received a new persona in the update, introducing an action figure version of the iconic wrestler that fans can pick up with Mattel's Elite Monday Night War figures. The Bella Twins tag team also received updated Titantron visuals for their entrance, following Brie Bella being added in Ringside Pass Season 5.

The new update for WWE 2K26 also came with a plethora of minor updates to the game. Danhausen received new updates following his debut in Ringside Pass Season 5, adding unique voice lines for the eccentric WWE superstar. The previously mentioned Hardys' appearance as Team Xtreme '00 also saw bug fixes, addressing a bug where only a single wrestler appeared when creating new entrances or victories. Visual Concepts also implemented some spelling fixes to different names for specific music tracks, specifically mentioning Brie Bella's "Beautiful Life" and Naomi's "Amazing Remix."

WWE 2K26 still has plenty on the way for fans, with one more season of the game's Ringside Pass set to debut later in 2026. Ringside Pass Season 6 is scheduled to officially release on October 28 as the final major content update for the game, adding the Natural Disasters tag team, Royce Keys, and Octagon Jr. to the game. The update will likely come with new classic personas for beloved WWE superstars as well, similar to previous Ringside Pass updates, though none have been officially confirmed.

While WWE 2K26 still has more in the tank, fans are already starting to get an early idea about the next game in the series. Neither Visual Concepts nor 2K have made any official announcements about WWE 2K27, though several stars who have left the company, including Pat McAfee and Aleister Black, are expected to be removed. Mick Foley and his three WWE personas are not expected to return to WWE 2K27, following his departure from the promotion, removing Cactus Jack, Mankind, and Dude Love from the roster. Fans likely won't have to wait much longer to learn more about the next step for the WWE franchise.
