When The Swarm Becomes The Weapon

Swarm Me takes inspiration from the terrifying later rounds of Kino der Toten in Call of Duty: Black Ops, when zombies become so tough that simply shooting your way through them is no longer a reliable strategy. Rather than recreating a traditional shooter, it builds an entire survival game around that feeling of controlled panic.

Enemies arrive in overwhelming numbers, forcing you to keep moving and think carefully about where you lead them. Traps, environmental hazards and well-timed items become your best tools, allowing you to turn the surroundings against the creatures chasing you. Position yourself badly and the swarm can quickly close in; plan your route well and even an enormous horde can become manageable.

Survival Takes More Than Firepower

Although environmental kills are central to the experience, Swarm Me also features multiple modes, bosses, usable items and optional weapons. These give players different ways to approach the challenge without losing sight of the core idea: staying alive through movement, positioning and crowd control.

It’s a different sort of survival game, one where defeating every enemy as quickly as possible isn’t necessarily the goal. Instead, you’ll need to judge when to use your limited resources, how to manipulate the swarm and when it’s time to abandon a dangerous position.
