Feeling that itch of curiosity when it comes to World of Warcraft Forever but you don’t want to buy into the beta? You should be able to play it for free next week when Blizzard activates a “server slam” test before closing things down for launch preparations.

Astute observers have noted that the Battle.net installer now includes the option for a “WoW Forever Stress Test” that will activate on Monday, October 19th. Previously, Blizzard mentioned that the event will only be open for “several hours.” The beta itself runs through the 21st before ending early in the morning on the 22nd.

In other WoW Forever news, the game’s official soundtrack released today on all streaming platforms — but where’s the physical media versions?
