A trio of classic Game Boy titles will be added to the library for basic Nintendo Switch Online subscribers on Tuesday (Monday in North America), joining the GBA update earlier this month for subscribers to the Expansion Pack.
- Revenge of the 'gator (1989/90) is an early pinball game for the Game Boy. Developed by HAL Laboratory, the general objective is to avoid the titular alligator for as long as possible, and the original released offered a 2 player mode via the Link Cable. It was previously released on the 3DS Virtual Console in 2013, though without multiplayer support.
- Avenging Spirit (1992) from Jaleco is a stage-based side scrolling platformer in which the player (who in the original arcade game was shot to death by a crime syndicate, and is a ghost) possess enemies to locate keys and defeat bosses. It was a 2011 3DS VC release.
- Mole Mania (1996/97) is a Nintendo-developed overhead puzzle game which credits Shigeru Miyamoto as its producer. Playing as a mole, the goal is to move a black ball from stage to stage, using the ability to go underground to your advantage. It was released on the 3DS VC in 2012.
