《Neverness to Everness》1.4 下半版本新增摇滚角色、半周年庆与特别任务，10 月 21 日上线
Neverness to Everness adds a rockin’ new character, a half-year anniversary, and a special quest October 21
《Neverness to Everness》 multiplayer gacha RPG 的 Version 1.4 下半“For Whom the Verses Mourn”将于 10 月 21 日更新，新增 S 级角色 Akane Rin 及其乐队 The Whoots!!!!，并开启校园祭剧情。游戏同步开启半周年活动，玩家可收集 200 万 Fons 货币与 Rin 的服装。
Anime fans of a particular vintage are probably going to be punted backwards in time by Neverness to Everness, as the multiplayer gacha RPG is revving up the second portion of Version 1.4: For Whom the Verses Mourn will add a musical new character who has elected to cover a rather classic anime song when she arrives on Wednesday, October 21st.
The headliner for this part of the patch (pun intended) is Akane Rin, a new S-class character who plays guitar and sings for a band known as The Whoots!!!! The playable roster addition and her band will be center stage (pun also intended) in a new school festival story where players can join the festivities, meet the band, and learn about Akane and her bandmates. Beforehand, though, fans can enjoy their cover of the song God Knows… from the anime The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
After players have felt like they’re made of particleboard recalling that song, they can help mark the RPG’s half-anniversary by gathering up 2 million Fons currency and an outfit for Rin. Why do gacha and mobile titles celebrate half-year anniversaries? Who cares; free game money and cosmetics. You’ll have to wait until the 21st for that, but you can enjoy the performance in the video below.
