My CAT-R Reader is flashing a blue light and will not boot at all. Currently I am trying PTB but it's not working for one reason or another.
I'm posting here to see if there's an easier way given that the devkit Wii Us are supposed to have a built-in sdboot. Soldering is not my strong suit but I'm willing to try if it's ABSOLUTELY necessary. I will share any images needed after the fact but right now I need the help while I have it out and ready.
