Quick follow-up update to 1.7.

I noticed the Effects window was missing an Import Result button, so I added one next to Import Source and Import Region. Now you can bring in the source, a region, or the result.

While adding it, it turned out Import Region was actually importing the processed result instead of the selected part of the source. That's fixed now, so Import Region gives you exactly what you selected, and Replace Region puts it back cleanly.

Also fixed number fields not letting you type a minus sign or decimal point over selected text, and the Batch Tool number fields no longer accept letters.
