《The Wolf Among Us Remastered》Nintendo Switch版跳票，其他平台维持10月29日发售

Telltale delays The Wolf Among Us Remastered on Nintendo Switch, while PS5, Xbox and PC versions keep the October 29 launch date.

Telltale has delayed the Nintendo Switch version of The Wolf Among Us Remastered past its planned 29 October release, while the PS5, Xbox and PC versions still launch that day.

The studio confirmed the delay in a post on X on 16 October 2026. “The Nintendo Switch version of The Wolf Among Us Remastered needs a little more time and will launch later. Timing coming soon,” the statement said, adding that 29 October “is still on for PS5, XBOX, and PC.”

What Telltale said about the extra time

In a fuller statement carried on its own channels, Telltale said it does not take the delay lightly. “We’re taking some additional time to ensure we deliver the experience Nintendo players deserve,” the team wrote. The studio promised an updated Switch release date as soon as it can share one. This will be the first time The Wolf Among Us has appeared on a Nintendo platform.

What is not clear

The delay statement makes no mention of a Switch 2 version, though the remaster was previously announced for both Switch and Switch 2. Whether the Switch 2 version is affected is not known. No new Switch date has been given.

What else is coming before launch

The remaster reaches PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC on Steam and the Epic Games Store on 29 October 2026. Telltale has said pricing and discount details will be shared on 20 October, and an overview trailer has already detailed Noir Mode, a black-and-white presentation toggleable at the press of a button, along with five playable deleted scenes and more than an hour of bonus content.
