Poll: So, What Do You Think Of Gears Of War: E-Day?
Let's get your votes for Campaign, Versus, and Horde Siege
It's been a little while now since Gears of War: E-Day first dropped in early access on October 1st, and it's been exactly a week since it arrived for everyone on October 6th. So, it's time to get the Pure Xbox verdict on what you think!
We had great things to say about both the campaign and the multiplayer for this one, scoring it a rare 10/10 (which equates to "Outstanding"), and we reckon it'll at least make the top five in the Pure Xbox GOTY roundup later this year.
Our review ended up being split into two, as the campaign was made available to us before the multiplayer:
Looking at the Metacritic scores, Gears of War: E-Day is currently sitting on a mighty 88 for Xbox Series X, which places it 24th in the "best games of 2026" for all platforms. Based on the Xbox reviews alone, it's in eighth position.
Regardless of whether the sales hold up or not, E-Day has certainly been a hit with the critics. But what do you think? Has the campaign lived up to expectations for you? Are you enjoying Horde Siege? How about Versus?
What did you pick in the polls? Tell us down in the comments section below.
