《EverQuest Legends》发布“Castle Nektropos”内容更新

Daybreak Games has released a new content update for EverQuest Legends, available now on PC, named “Castle Nektropos.” The update adds the titular location first introduced in EverQuest II, alongside new areas and features. 

The update adds Lake Nerius, which is a new open outdoor zone that you can find on the approach to the castle.  As for Nektropos Castle itself, it is an group dungeon with roughly fifteen boss encounters and enemies at levels ranging between 46 and 65. Underneath the castle is the Nektropos Undercroft, which is a hidden starting city. Alongside the new locations, the update features a new playable race: Half Dark Elf. Those who pick the race will start in the Undercroft as soon as they create their character.

Alongside the update, a Halloween event will take place from October 22 to November 3. It features a free Werewolf pet illusion in the in-game shop and a Half Dark Elf-themed quest in Lake Nerius. The latter rewards players with their choice of pet illusion. It also adds new pet illusions in the Marketplace, including: Undead Frog, Scarecrow, Skeleton (Dark Bone, Ice Bone and Standard), Vampire Bat, Spectre, Gelatinous Cube, Zombie, and Mummy.

At launch, EQL will feature the continents of Antonica, Faydwer, and Odus (pre-Kunark), and all of the EverQuest playable races (including Iksar, Frogloks, and Kerran), all featured in the original EverQuest art style, including the classic graphics, zones, spell effects, loot, and music … plus more than a few new surprises!
