Dynamite 将出版《Vampirella》《Red Sonja》的 80 页巨型刊物

Dynamite has announced two 80-page giant issues, featuring the characters Red Sonja and Vampirella, both slated for 2027. Both titles will have covers by Roberto Castro that will be available in a retro variant with insets displaying some of the interior art.

Red Sonja: She-Devil with a Sword 80-Page Giant will include four stories: "Dragons," by Christos Gage and Pablo Marcos, from Red Sonja Annual #2 (2009); "Seeing Red," by Kurt Busiek and Benjamin Dewey, from Red Sonja: Black, White and Red #1 (2021), and two stories from Dynamite’s original Red Sonja series by Ron Marz and Lee Moder from Red Sonja #30 (2008) and Eric Trautmann and Patrick Berkenkotter's from Red Sonja #60 (2011).

Vampirella 80-Page Giant will include "Death's Dark Angel" by Archie Goodwin and José González from Vampirella #12 (1971); "The New European," by Alan Moore and Gary Frank (1997); and two first issues, Vampirella #1 (2014), by Nancy Collins and Patrick Berkenkotter, and the 2019 launch of Christopher Priest and artist Ergün Gündüz’s Vampirella.

DC originated the 80-Page Giant in 1964 as a collection of reprint material priced at 25 cents, more than twice the standard cover price at the time, and continued using the description for special issues through the 1990s.

Vampirella and Red Sonja recently crossed swords in the crossover Vampirella versus Red Sonja: Red City (see “Preview: ‘Vampirella Versus Red Sonja: Red City’ #1”).
