育碧关闭RedLynx工作室并裁撤新加坡工作室70个岗位
Ubisoft is closing RedLynx Studio and cuts 70 staff from Singapore studio
Today, GamesIndustry revealed that Ubisoft is closing RedLynx Studio, the developer behind the Xbox 360 Arcade classic, Trials HD. RedLynx would also go on to make Trials Evoultion, Trials Fusion, and Trials Rising. In 2009, Trials was a big part of the second Summer of Arcade event that would happen annually.
RedLynx had also worked on porting Star Wars Outlaws to the Switch 2 and had eventually become a support studio for Ubisoft after Trial Rising.
Here is the statement via the GamesIndustry report:
“Today, we informed our teams of a proposal to close RedLynx in Finland, subject to the local change negotiation process, which would affect up to 52 positions.”
Not only is Ubisoft closing RedLynx Studio, they have also cut 70 staff from Ubisoft Singapore, the lead developer behind Skull & Bones:
“At Ubisoft Singapore, 70 positions have been impacted to align the studio with upcoming production needs. The studio remains an important part of Ubisoft’s global production organization. We deeply value the contributions of both teams and recognize the impact this may have on our colleagues. We are committed to supporting our teams throughout this process and conducting it with care and respect.”
Ubisoft has been making a lot of changes lately. In June 2026, the company laid off over 300 employees.
