It's Sonic's 35th birthday this year, and the celebrations will continue next year with the release of the new live-action movie Sonic the Hedgehog 4.
Since the cast reveal and the news filming has officially wrapped, we haven't heard much, but there's now been a new discovery. As highlighted by Sonic Stadium, according to the Entertainment Identifier Registry (EIDR) website, Sonic's fourth outing on the big screen has a two-hour runtime.
Each Sonic live-action movie so far has been around (or close to) the two-hour mark, so the runtime listed here appears to line up. This entry on the EIDR was also apparently created back in July (and updated in the same month). It also includes other information, like the director Jeff Fowler and reconfirms the return of cast members such as Jim Carrey and James Marsden.
If you haven't already seen the third movie...spoiler alert...it teases Metal Sonic alongside Amy Rose (who will be played by Kristen Bell). Some other cast returning include Ben Schwartz as Sonic, Idris Elba as Knuckles, Colleen O'Shaughnessey as Tails, and Keanu Reeves as Shadow.
Are you looking forward to the fourth Sonic the Hedgehog movie outing? Have you seen the previous three? Let us know in the comments.
