Corrupted Cloud Textures

Weird bug I ran into placing cloud blocks. For some reason they started turning into doors, banners, and blank tiles.
Still takes place even after starting the game over.
Before this happened I was changing the biome.

Its even weirder when I place a block above the them and they all turn back into cloud blocks. but they also make my normal doors have the cloud texture.
This only happens when the cloud blocks are on screen.

Im playing on steam deck.
