Konami, Evil Empire, and Motion Twin have announced that Castlevania: Belmont's Curse is now available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

In his review of the game, Junior stated, "Castlevania: Belmont's Curse has excellent presentation and style, but some frustrations lead to a fairly uneven experience until it eventually finds its footing." Mikhail also compared the game's performance across various PC handhelds.

Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today launches Castlevania: Belmont's Curse, the newest entry in the iconic Castlevania franchise on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, and Steam. Armed with a legendary holy whip, the Vampire Killer, Rose Belmont must descend into the city attacked by monstrous creatures and a looming mystical castle to hunt down the beasts and save the Parisians from eternal darkness.

Castlevania: Belmont's Curse is an exploration-based 2D action game developed jointly by Konami, Evil Empire and Motion Twin. The story unfolds in Paris, France, in 1499, 23 years after the events of the popular series entry Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse. Rose Belmont, daughter of the Dracula-slaying hero Trevor Belmont, sets out to defeat monsters whilst exploring the burning streets of Paris and Dracula’s castle, utilizing a variety of weapons and skills.

Long-time fans and newcomers alike will discover a rich arsenal of weapons and abilities to wield against the forces of darkness. Exploration lies at the heart of the adventure, rewarding those who venture beyond the beaten path to uncover hidden secrets, powerful upgrades and the many mysteries that lurk within Dracula's sinister castle. Accompanying the journey is an atmospheric soundtrack composed by Daniel ASADI, a perfect match in Castlevania's musical heritage.  

The digital or physical Midnight Editions of Castlevania: Belmont's Curse include alternate costumes for Rose Belmont, a Digital Sound & Art Gallery, and an in-game relic item.
