Breaking Dimensions and Polygon Dust have unveiled a new gameplay trailer for Welcome to Sunnybrook, a first-person dinosaur horror game launching on Steam on October 27, 2026. From the creators of Oakwood and Rip Current, the upcoming title combines stealth, exploration, and survival horror in a seemingly peaceful lakeside community hiding a terrifying secret. Set in the 1990s, Welcome to Sunnybrook puts players in the role of a burglar targeting the luxurious vacation homes of Sunnybrook’s wealthy residents. However, what begins as a routine robbery quickly turns into a desperate fight for survival when prehistoric predators invade the area.

Players must pick locks, crack safes, disable security systems, and steal valuables from the community’s homes. But once dinosaurs begin roaming the streets, making money becomes the least of their worries.

Unlike many survival horror games, Welcome to Sunnybrook doesn’t give players weapons to fight back. Instead, they must rely on stealth, find hiding spots, and outsmart the predators hunting them. The game also encourages exploration, allowing players to investigate homes, streets, a school, and local businesses while searching for a way out.

With its unusual mix of burglary and dinosaur horror, Welcome to Sunnybrook promises to offer a different take on the survival genre. Players will need to keep their wits about them if they hope to escape Sunnybrook alive when the game arrives on October 27.
