Since the launch of Patch 12.1.5, players have reported an issue where Kindo'jan's arena has no collision. This would prevent players from completing their run. Blizzard has now identified a likely issue and is working on a fix.
We’ve identified a likely root cause of this issue. Under a very specific set of conditions, two map configurations can overlap unexpectedly, causing portions of the Labyrinth to disappear. Because the issue only occurs in this particular situation, it was difficult to catch during testing. The team is actively validating fix options, and we’ll provide an update as soon as a fix has been implemented.
