《007 First Light》确认 2027 年 3 月 18 日登陆 Nintendo Switch 2

IO Interactive will release 007 First Light on Nintendo Switch 2 on 18 March 2027, Nintendo Life reported. The date was revealed in an exclusive trailer shown at IGN Fan Fest.

That puts the Switch 2 version just under ten months behind the other platforms. Nintendo Life's report said the extra time has gone towards polishing performance on Nintendo's hybrid console.

Pre-Orders Open With a GoldenEye Suit

Gematsu reported that pre-orders for the Switch 2 version are available now. Nintendo Life said a pre-order bonus has been confirmed, an exclusive GoldenEye Suit for Bond.

Neither outlet gave a price or an Australian release time. The announced date is 18 March 2027.

Already Out on Other Platforms

007 First Light first launched on 27 May 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles and PC. On PC it is sold through Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Nintendo Life's earlier report said the Switch 2 version had been delayed until March 2027. Today's announcement turns that window into a fixed day.

Free Update Expected to Carry Over

IO Interactive recently released a free update for the game that adds New Game+ and a photo mode, among other features. Nintendo Life said it expects all of that to be included when the Switch 2 version arrives next March.

Nintendo Life has also published gameplay footage of the Switch 2 version, taken from a Gamescom build. Gematsu said a release date trailer is available too.

What Players Do in the Game

Gematsu published IO Interactive's overview of the game. It is a standalone, re-imagined origin story in which players follow James Bond as a young, resourceful and sometimes reckless recruit in MI6's training program.

After a heroic act, Bond is a Naval air crewman who is offered a place in the newly revived Double 0 program. A mission to stop a rogue agent ends in tragedy, and he has to team up with his reluctant mentor Greenway.

Together they try to expose a deep conspiracy and stop a looming coup at the heart of the State.

IO Interactive describes the approach as open. Players can go silent or go loud, fight with fists or firepower, use gadgets to infiltrate, or bluff their way past guards. Missions take place in a range of locations and include driving famous vehicles.

A mode called Welcome to MI6 lets players replay favourite missions with additional modifiers.
