Fans of the Soulslike genre have a promising new game to play on October 13, thanks to the release of Valor Mortis. Valor Mortis is in development at One More Level, the studio that previously made the well-received Ghostrunner games. But while Valor Mortis comfortably fits in the Soulslike genre, it's doing a lot to help itself stand out compared to the many other Soulslike games on the market.
