Move the Reaper (and by Proxy Death Sickle) to Either Pre-Mechs or Post-Plantera

I think having one single enemy appear after three mechs kinda makes the event feel like a very underwhelming part 2 in a three-part series rather than a single upgrade with a little extra guy between like it's probably intended. Furthermore, Pre-Mech has natural eclipse spawns and Post-Plantera has Solar Tablet, but what indicates the Reaper? I say move it to one of the more defined Eclipse tiers or bring it out of the event entirely.
