Unless it’s delayed again, Lord of the Rings Online: The Wolves of Mordor is set to release next week on October 28th, bringing players back to Sauron’s old stomping ground and a hotbed of werewolf activity. Standing Stone Games is on a tear to push out all of its previews and dev streams prior to this, which is probably why we were bombarded with several videos this past weekend.

In the latest dev livestream, the game’s leads talked about how the Bullroarer test is progressing, adjustments being made to the new survival instincts system, and even more teases about the next batch of legendary servers and 20th anniversary content that’s in the works for 2027. The studio also posted previews of the solo instances and the lush rainforest region of Nan Ogel, one of three new zones coming with the expansion.
