《杀手：赦免》10月22日登陆 Switch 2，含限时免费升级

We’re not surprised that Hitman: Absolution is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 on October 22nd. After all, it’s already available for the original Switch. Nevertheless, you’ll still join Agent 47 on a fairly unique adventure. It’s almost hard to believe that it’s been fourteen years since we reviewed it!

The new version will cost $39.99/£24.99/€29.99 unless you use the generous launch discount to pick up a copy for $29.99/£19.99/€24.99 respectively. If you own the Switch version, there’s a time-sensitive free upgrade waiting for you. The launch discount and free Switch upgrade will be available until November 5th.

The franchise’s signature formula fires on all cylinders to overlook minor gripes (like the lackluster villains or the heavier focus on set pieces and action), and the Switch 2 version has a few improvements to make the offer even more enticing. These include better output resolution, higher frame rates, and a Performance Mode for both handheld and docked options.

Don’t take our word for it, though – there’s a trailer if you want to see the new port in action before you decide to pick it up. If you’re looking for something more contemporary from IO Interactive, 007 First Light is coming to Switch 2 on March 18th, 2027. Check out its latest gameplay here.
