《上古卷轴IV：湮灭》原声音乐首次推出黑胶唱片

Today, Laced Records announced that Bethesda Softworks’ well-known role-playing game title ‘The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion’ would be pressed on vinyl for the first time ever. This occasion is notable, as this would make composer Jeremy Soule’s 26-piece score the first time Oblivion’s soundtrack has ever been made available in high-resolution audio.

The sleeve artwork is by Bethesda Game Studios, emphasising the iconic Daedric rune of ‘Oht’ while featuring several concept pieces. A special ‘Oblivion Gate’ version of the soundtrack with hellish blood-red and orange discs is available exclusively via Laced Records. A standard black edition is also available via Laced and retail partners.

Rich with adventure and timeless fantasy, the soundtrack of Oblivion accompanies every step of the player’s journey through Cyrodiil. Majestic orchestral themes sit alongside peaceful ambient compositions; pieces that are by turns heroic, mysterious, and soothing.

Whether exploring rolling countryside, ancient ruins, or bustling cities, the score remains one of gaming’s most beloved in the fantasy genre.
