The upcoming release of the action souls-like Valor Mortis has already been off to a strong start with praise from its early previews, with a launch trailer offering even more details about what to expect from the full experience.

While we've been getting plenty of teases regarding its gameplay and cast details, we finally know exactly what times we'll be able to access Valor Mortis when it releases on October 13, and explore its grim world filled with mutated monstrosities to face and conspiracies to uncover.

As announced on the official Valor Mortis on X account, the game will be released simultaneously across all regions for PC, Xbox Series S|X, and PlayStation 5, meaning players around the world will be able to jump in without delay at 6:00 PM UTC, translated into the following times:

While Valor Mortis will also be released in Japan, the developers have noted that the PlayStation 5 version of the game will be delayed in the region until further notice due to "classification ratings", although they are currently working on a fix to get it live soon after release.

Valor Mortis Has More In Store After Launch

Valor Mortis will also cost you $39.99 at launch, setting itself at a lower-than-average price point for similar games in the industry, with an optional deluxe edition at $59.99. In terms of what the deluxe edition will offer, it promises to include the base game, the La Grande Armee Weapon Skin Pack, three upcoming weapon skin packs, and access to the story DLC when it launches later in 2027.

Valor Mortis will also launch with a discounted 10% off bundle for anyone who owns either Dishonored, Ghostrunner 1, Ghostrunner 2, No Rest for the Wicked, or Mouse P.I. For Hire on Steam.

Although there won't be any early access to jump into the game ahead of its October 13 release, One More Level is also currently working on a New Game + mode that will be available later this year to offer more replayability for its roughly 20-hour story.

While we don't know too much about what the story expansion will entail, it's clear that the Valor Mortis story isn't a one-time offer, with the developers promising more content updates that will further flesh out the experience for months to come.
