Fulqrum Publishing and Misterial Games announced that Stygian: Outer Gods will fully release on October 26, 2026. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions are also planned but has not been dated.

Stygian: Outer Gods is a Lovecraftian survival horror RPG set in the same universe as Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones. It sees players taking on the role of a former anthropologist and soldier, who is haunted by nightmares and his father’s unresolved disappearance. He receives an invitation from a young woman to join an expedition to the secluded town of Kingsport, which had previously caught his father’s interest. Players are drawn into a web of secrets, mysteries, and schemes, with the ominous arrival of an event called the Black Day ticking down.
