I would like to commission a resource pack of Houshou Marine NPC over the pirate

I just couldn't find one that I like or a stand alone of Houshou Marine over the pirate, if anyone that knows how to could be kind enough to make one for me if there is a price that's fine.
What Marine reference style you want used?
the regular with the hat and jacket and for shimmer Fourth Costume would be nice
The regular Marine outfit with the hat and jacket should work well for the Pirate, with her Fourth Costume as the Shimmer variant. I will keep both sprites consistent with Terraria’s pixel-art style so they fit naturally into the game. Do you have a specific reference image for her Fourth Costume that you will like me to follow?
