There is a bolt-action sniper rifle, a heavy anti-materiel rifle with assisted reload, and even a ghillie suit-inspired armor set. Here is the full rundown of weapons, armor, and other rewards coming with the Warbond.

Armor Sets | Weapons & Throwable | Stratagems | Cosmetics

The Scope of Authority Warbond adds two armor sets, one light and one medium, both featuring the new Stationary Shroud passive. More importantly, these are the first-of-their-kind armor sets in Helldivers 2 to feature “Interactive Adaptive Camouflage,” which changes their appearance depending on the biome of the planet you’re fighting on.

1. SS-33 Mimetic Marshal (Light Armor)

The SS-33 Mimetic Marshal is the lighter option, with a ghillie suit-inspired design that fits the Warbond’s focus on sniping and staying out of sight. Its camouflage changes with the surrounding biome, so the armor’s appearance won’t be the same on every planet you visit.

It also comes with Stationary Shroud, which reduces weapon sway and enemy detection range while you’re crouched or prone. That should suit players who like finding a good firing position before moving to their next target. The set also includes the matching Mimetic Mesh cape and player card.

2. SS-15 Focal Point (Medium Armor)

If light armor isn’t your thing, the SS-15 Focal Point offers a medium armor alternative with the same biome-dependent camouflage feature. It has a more streamlined design, with an asymmetrical visor, making it a good fit for players who prefer a little more protection without going all the way to heavy armor.

The Focal Point also comes with Stationary Shroud, so you get the same reduction in weapon sway and detection range when crouching or going prone. Its matching cosmetics are the Boundary Banner cape and player card, giving you a different look while keeping the same camouflage-focused benefits.

Every Weapon and Throwable in the Helldivers 2 Scope of Authority Warbond

The Scope of Authority Warbond adds two new firearms and a throwable to your arsenal. There’s a bolt-action sniper rifle for picking off targets at range, a machine pistol for close encounters, and a throwable that slows and stuns groups of enemies.

1. R-40 Sightliner (Primary Weapon)

The R-40 Sightliner is a bolt-action sniper rifle designed around long-range precision and armor-piercing rounds. Arrowhead says it is designed to balance power with stability, making it the Warbond’s main attraction for players who prefer taking their time and lining up their shots instead of spraying-and-praying an assault rifle or Autocannon at everything that moves.

Pairing it with a suitable secondary will be important when enemies close the distance, which is exactly where the P-44 Mist comes in.

2. P-44 Mist (Secondary Weapon)

The P-44 Mist is a one-handed machine pistol designed for close-range combat. It gives players a faster firing option when a sniper rifle is too cumbersome for the situation.

That makes it a natural companion to the Sightliner, covering the distance where a bolt-action weapon is less convenient. Whether it becomes a regular pick will depend on how it handles in combat, but the intended pairing is clear.

3. G-11 Caltrops

The G-11 Caltrops is the new grenade in the Scope of Authority Warbond that “scatters a wide field of proximity-detonated submunitions” when thrown. It has to do with crowd control more than damage, though: the resulting submunitions slow and stun enemies that enter their radius, giving you more time to line up shots or deal with a group before they reach your position.

It should be a useful option to cover your flanks and for players who prefer keeping enemies at a distance in general, especially when a group starts closing in from multiple directions. The official blog post does not specify its exact radius or how long its effects last, so those details will have to wait until the Warbond is available.

Every Stratagem in the Helldivers 2 Scope of Authority Warbond

Scope of Authority also introduces two support weapon Stratagems. One is a heavy anti-materiel rifle that does look like it could penetrate any armor, while the other adds a new energy weapon to the LAS series.

1. AMW-20 Apex (Support Weapon Stratagem #1)

The AMW-20 Apex is a backpack-fed anti-materiel rifle with assisted reload. Arrowhead describes it as a more powerful, armor-penetrating option for taking on the larger and more heavily armored enemies found across the galaxy.

Its assisted reload feature gives the weapon a distinct place in the lineup, especially if you’re diving with a squad that is willing to coordinate their support weapon use. The tradeoff is the backpack requirement, which players will need to account for when putting together their loadouts.

2. LAS-44 Nova (Support Weapon Stratagem #2)

The LAS-44 Nova is an energy rifle that fires precise, non-explosive thermal projectiles after a short charge cycle. And like any other LAS weapon, it has unlimited ammunition, so players won’t need to worry about reloading it as long as they’re able to keep it from overheating.

Arrowhead also says the Nova features a new cooling “optimization routine” that allows it to fire for longer before overheating.

Every Cosmetic in the Helldivers 2 Scope of Authority Warbond

Scope of Authority is already a little light on new toys compared to recent Premium Warbonds, and it doesn’t come with any vehicle patterns either. • Cape and Player Card #1: Mimetic Mesh
