Steam 同时在线用户数超4350万创历史新高

Valve’s Steam platform reached a new all-time high of more than 43.5 million concurrent users on October 11, 2026, with SteamDB recording 43,505,724 accounts online simultaneously.

The total measures people connected to Steam, including those with the client open without a game running. It therefore shouldn’t be read as 43.5 million people actively playing, or as a count of purchases made during the day.

Valve’s own statistics page also recorded a peak above 43.5 million, although its displayed figure was slightly lower at 43,501,449. Both trackers place the milestone comfortably beyond the same threshold, with SteamDB providing the historical record.

Among individual games, Counter-Strike 2 reached a daily peak of approximately 1.4 million concurrent players, followed by Dota 2 at just over one million. PUBG: Battlegrounds also peaked above 713,000, showing how an audience established multiplayer games continue to draw attention.

The day’s activity wasn’t limited to competitive titles. Valve’s figures listed peaks above 105,000 for Stardew Valley and 102,000 for Slay the Spire 2, while Valheim approached 190,000. Those are separate daily highs, rather than a snapshot taken at the exact moment Steam broke its record.

For developers, the milestone demonstrates the scale of the audience available on the platform. Reaching that audience is another challenge entirely: millions of connected accounts don’t guarantee visibility for any particular release.
