SIDLab - 07a 外部 MIDI 可用

SIDLab v0.7a brings a few features and QoL changes.

External MIDI broadcast and listen modes have been added.   MIDI now has it's own separate doc in the download.  This feature has only been tested in emulator, though the internal MIDI (between two machines) has been tested on hardware.

Both SHIFT keys can be used for key commands that require that key.

A couple of alternative UI screens can be chosen from the Startup screen.  These are work in progress, there's quite a bit of space for these where the SID songs usually go.

The volume bar display has been changed to a more responsive version.

The matrix and keyboard input routines have been optimised to save cpu cycles.

Probably v0.8 onwards will concentrate on adding some new FX plug-ins.

0.7a's external MIDI hasn't been extensively tested so I've left version 0.6b up as well.
