《Physician Simulator》Demo 0.0.15：更新前后对比

The browser demo is updated to 0.0.15. Since July almost everything in it has been redrawn or rebuilt. The images show what it looked like then and what it looks like now.

- The office is redrawn from scratch. Patients breathe, blink and react to your decisions, and some of them show their symptoms: a rash, flushed cheeks, a cough.
- Examination by hand. You choose what to check, and every check costs minutes on the clock.
- Time. One hour of appointments a day, 12 minutes per patient. Finish early and patients without a ticket come in. Fall behind and booked patients leave with a complaint.
- You sign certificates and prescriptions with the pen and stamp them yourself.
- An old reference book (literally from 1984), morning orders from the head of the clinic, patient reviews on the city health portal, an evening at home and a payslip.
- A new tutorial with nurse Lena, a prologue, saves and 10 languages.
