Here's a number Cope forgot to mention
I jumped in early mainly to get the preorder bonus, but its so cool to see yet another series see more success.
It's always great to see a long standing series reach the success it deserves
A world without borders.
That's nice to see. Some of its metrics on Steam and PSN was looking pretty low (review counts etc)
So I'm very glad to see it break a million so quickly.
Well deserved, I hope this means Project Aces continues to make these for years to come!
Nice! I'll be waiting for the obligatory delayed switch 2 port sadly
STICK WITH TRIGGER AND YOU'LL MAKE IT
Fuck yes. It's so good

So well deserved. Tied with Onimusha for my favorite game of the year

GOOD.
Game is incredible.
Please don't make me wait 7 years for the next one.

It's steam numbers are really good though, peaked at 52,694 concurrent users on Steam.
<< ONE MILLION SALES ! >>
As convoluted as the online ( the menus/systems, gameplay/mode are fine) is, I'm even enjoying that and hope that maintains life.
Here how it looked like for Ace Combat 7. Two million milestone was announced on June 30, 2020.
A powerful game, a powerful soundtrack, and powerful gameplay. Add to that lots of people and precise aim!
Well deserved. 7 revived the series and 8 continues that momentum. The cutscenes in 8 are a big improvement from essentially slideshows with voiceover in the other games. All the wingmen are detailed characters who I actually know in this game.
Well fuckin deserved, the game is quite simply excellent, the story is one of the strongest in the franchise and the presentation of everything is just immaculate.
I also really just appreciate when a franchise lets its classic gameplay speak for itself.
ONE MILLION SALES
More! Faster! Let's get that TGA bump going!
I need this to sell more and quickly so I can hear the words "Ace Combat 9 green lit" and get it in 4 years and not 7 years.
Whew, absolutely deserved
I love that the series is still going strong
Deserved! I love this series!

"Bloody Hell..!"
Finished it yesterday. Well deserved. GOTY.
Im on the 2nd to last mission, the Campaign is fantastic. I dont remember a lot of Games that had such a glow up between releases from AC7 to AC8.
<< ONE MILLION SALES ! >>
Do I need to have played the previous games to jump in on this one?

There are references to earlier games, but you can go straight to this one
It's a great game. I really want to beat it right now, but I'm waiting for my days off.
Rolled credits the other night and it still deserves to soar farther and faster than that, but great to see that it's a great launch!
There's not many game series that I really care about sales, but I'll make an exception here. I love flight games, and seeing that a great arcade flight game is selling exceptionally well…best in it's series well…makes me really happy. This is a genre that has needed a real shot in the arm for a long time, and I hope that this might be it.
Continue to rise above Project Aces!
If it goes on sale this holiday, it'll be my first AC game.

I do think its probably the game that feels the most direct sequel to its previous game though. But yeah its nothing too major.
I'll be honest I kinda bounced off ac7 but I said fuck it and grabbed the deluxe edition of 8. I'm only 12~ish missions into the game but the fucking soundtrack definitely helped me fall in love with the game. Frostwave and my blue sky home
are fucking bangers I can't quit playing over and over , and I can't wait to see what other crazy shit this game pulls off.

Being sued right now, please help me find a lawyer
Fully deserved. One of the best games ever made.
AC now stands for Ace Combat.
Fantastic news. Ace Combat has been one of my favorite game series since the PS2 era, and I'm glad it's finally getting the recognition it deserves. Here's hoping ACE9 is just around the corner.
AC now stands for Ace Combat.
Always did.
