Certain games like The Blood of Dawnwalker, the new Halloween game, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, Star Wars Zero Company, and more, give you wallet credit, such as $10, when you buy them. Who knows what this is for and if it will launch to the full public ever. Looks like this is tested in small scale right now.
