Raid Battles [DBK 附加组件] [v21.1]
Raid Battles [DBK Add-On] [v21.1]
Raid Battles
for v21.1
Implements Raid battle mechanics to set up challenging wild encounters.
Overview
This plugin builds upon the Deluxe Battle Kit to add various new battle modes to allow for challenging boss fights against wild Pokemon. Raid battles have their own special mechanics that draw inspiration from and reimagine mechanics found in Max Raid Battles from Pokemon Sword & Shield, as well as Tera Raid Battles from Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. The end result is a hybrid that borrows and mixes the best ideas from both. This includes mechanics such as Raid shields, battle timers, and the ability for the Raid boss to use more than 4 moves, or attack multiple times per round.
In addition, this plugin also replicates the Max Raid Dens and Tera Raid Dens found on the overworld found in games from the main series. This will allow you to scatter dens across your maps to allow the player to come and revisit daily for a chance at challenging new Raid Pokemon, or even distribute your own unique Raid Den events to your players over the internet. Lastly, this plugin also includes a unique game mode known as Raid Adventures, which are inspired by Dynamax Adventures from SwSh's Crown Tundra DLC.
While this plugin is best used along side the Z-Power, Dynamax, and Terastal plugins, they are not required. This plugin introduces its own generic type of Raid battles that don't revolve around any battle gimmicks, allowing you to set up no-frills wild boss battles without depending on any of the gimmicks those plugins add.
Installation
- First, please install the latest version of the Deluxe Battle Kit. This plugin functions as an add-on to that kit.
- Next, download this plugin using the link provided and extract its contents to your root Essentials folder so that the
Audio,Graphics,PBS, andPluginsfolders in the download merges with their equivalent folders in your project. - Start your game in debug mode and make sure you recompile by holding down the
CTRLkey while the game is booting up. If the console says "Game data was not compiled", then you didn't hold down the key long enough, or don't have the game window in focus.

I just re-uploaded the file because some images had the wrong file name. Please reinstall.
I was excited to use the plugin, but when testing... the game's capture system (the default) is getting bugged (you capture and receive errors, I tried to solve it by changing something... but it's as if the pokemons captured in the normal game were all from the raid system =/)

The entire plugin is a buggy mess, I dont recommend using it seriously other than to mess around with it for fun.
Oh tragic =/

So with this I can make actual Boss Battles using Wild Pokemon like at a certain point the Pokemon Mega Evolves or Terastallizes... OR BOTH IF IT'S POSSIBLE???

I don't think it's possible to use both on the same Pokémon, and even I would find it unfair since the player can't use them on the same Pokémon.
But the Plugin is completely bugged too, use at your own risk

You can already do stuff like this with the base DBK plugin. You dont need this plugin for that, all this plugin adds specifically are Raid battle mechanics (shields, raid counters, dens, Adventures, etc)
Also, a Pokemon cannot be both Mega Evolved *and* Terastallized at the same time. However, you *could* probably design something where after a certain point, the Pokemon's Mega Evolution ends and they revert to base form, *then* Terastallize.
The focus system would be a cool way to give mega evolution a time limit.
This seems super cool, but I'm struggling to get even a basic raid running? I tried using the basic raid example, and the battle starts (displays the Charizard sillhouette, the VS symbol, etc.), but as soon as it moves to the battle screen I'm hit with:

Not sure what's going on since I haven't really set/changed anything else. Happens if I alter the Pokemon and other properties, too.

as have already been said a few times on this thread, this plugin was released on a complete buggy stage and ins't much recommended to use rn (not even on a Demo release)
there is a Hotfixes to fix a majority of them, but even then, they aren't made by Lucidious himself

Gotcha; too bad, it seemed like a cool plug-in. Had the same issue others had as well where attempting to store a pokemon caused a game crash.
Added (pkmn) like the other thread mentioned to fix that issue, but any idea if there are other issues lying in there? Am I better off trying to uninstall the entire thing, or if I just ignore it will it avoid causing other issues?

the online feature, the Boss HP not resseting after capture, the Z-Crystal crash when no Z-Move plugin installled, a bunch of others
you can use by own risk knowing that it will cause random crashs due to its unstable stage, some of them don't have a fix yet, so.. i personally wouldn't recommend, but its up to you it, it's your game after all

hey i ran into the same issue when trying to capture a pokemon, both in and out of raid battles causing a crash report. i made a few alterations to the scripts and got it mostly working. boss raid battles work flawlessly, but i can't seem to activate raid dens. i have the event set up properly (to my knowledge) but cant seem to trigger the actual event.
anyways, i recently started porting my game from 18.1 to 21.1 and went plugin/add-on crazy and had a bunch of overlapping plugin scripts. first play test was a nightmare but after about two days of struggle everything is copacetic. after some research i realized that i had managed to get a few plugins to work with eachother that were presumed incompatible before (by accident).
i'm new to this but, i could try my best to help you. hmu
Major Update (v2.0)
***NOTE*** If you already have this plugin installed, you MUST delete your existing plugin files before installing this update. ***NOTE***
After a long delay, this update completely overhauls this plugin from its previous state, finally bringing it up to date to its intended completed form. Thank you for putting up with its bugginess and incomplete mechanics for this long. Every single file in this plugin has been renamed, reorganized, and heavily edited, so it is incompatible with the previous version. If you have v1.0 of this plugin still installed, you MUST delete all of those files from you game FIRST, before installing this update. You will break your game by merging this update with the previous version.
In addition, if you have NoNoNever's Raid Battles Hotfixes plugin installed, you MUST delete it from your game. His plugin is no longer required, and in fact will clash with the new update. Once all of the above has been done and the new update is installed, make sure to recompile your game on startup if the game doesn't automatically do so itself.
With that out of the way, here are all of the major changes in this update:
General
- Reorganized, renamed, and refactored many plugin files and code.
- Removed Unown's
RaidRankPBS data, banning it from appearing as a raid boss. - Tweaked the
RaidRankPBS data of many species. - Added a new entry to the
adventure_maps.txtPBS file, as well as a new map graphic.
Raid Battles
- Fixed a bug that would cause a crash when capturing normal non-Raid Pokémon.
- Overhauled and refined how raid battler movesets are generated, allowing for more varied movesets than before.
- Fixed a bug where certain species such as Ditto would generate with no moves as raid bosses, causing a crash.
- Fixed an issue where raid Pokémon would sometimes generate with less than 4 moves even if it can learn more than 4 eligible moves.
- Fixed a bug where raid bosses would have damage gates set to 50% HP even if no raid shields should trigger in this battle.
- Fixed a bug where raid Pokémon in Ultra Raids may use two Z-Moves in a single turn.
- Fixed a bug in Ultra Raids where moves called by other moves (via Metronome, for example) would call the Z-Powered version of those moves in certain scenarios.
- Raid Pokémon now have a chance of using spread moves while a raid shield is active, instead of being guaranteed to do so every turn. This helps reduce how punishing raid battles previously were.
- The Helping Hand effect has been given extra functionality during Raid battles. While under this effect, the user's attacks will remove an additional bar of the raid boss's shield HP. This stacks with other effects that increase damage to raid shields.
- Added new AI handlers so that AI trainers more intelligently score moves during the various phases of a raid battle.
- Fixed the Cheer AI so that AI trainers can now actually use cheers in battle.
- Rebalanced a lot of Cheer AI scores for more intelligent usage by the AI.
- The Lv. 3 effect for a "Heal Up!" cheer now restores half of the PP for each battler's move, instead of granting the Wish effect.
- Added "Raid conditions..." to the battle debug menu. When accessing this menu option during a raid battle, you may edit the following properties of the raid battle:
- Turn counter
- KO counter
- The status of the Raid boss's shield
- The Extra Actions a Raid boss has access to
- The Raid boss's pool of usable Support moves
- The Raid boss's pool of usable Spread moves
Raid Dens
- Fixed a bug where certain counters from a raid den would erroneously carry over into the next raid battle.
- Fixed a bug where a raid boss's HP values would erroneously carry over to the next raid boss.
- Fixed a bug with online raid dens where a crash may occur when loading IV/EV data for a raid boss from the online event.
- Fixed a bug where the game may crash when displaying the rewards screen after completing a Raid Den.
Raid Adventures
- Fixed a bug where Raid Adventure maps may spawn multiple instances of the same species as raid bosses when it doesn't need to.
- Fixed a bug that prevented the option to view the Endless Record UI from appearing in a Raid Adventure.
- While in a Raid Adventure, the turn counter for each battle has been increased to 15, and the player's starting heart counter has been increased to 4.
- The maximum number of hearts the player may have during a Raid Adventure is now capped at 6.
- You will no longer be able to use items from the bag during a Raid Adventure.
- The difficulty of raid Pokémon encountered in a Raid Adventure have been dramatically toned down, as it was too punishing before.
- Berry tiles stepped on in an Adventure map will now also restore 5 PP to each move for all party members in addition to restoring their HP.
- Fixed a bug with Random Turn tiles that could send the player in directions it wasn't meant to send.
- Fixed a bug with Teleporter tiles that could soft lock the game in certain scenarios.
- Fixed some bugs with the Researcher tiles that could cause a crash in certain types of Adventures.
- The Researcher tile now allows the player to change the Abilities of their party Pokémon during a Basic Raid Adventure. Previously, Researcher tiles only had an effect in Ultra, Max, and Tera Lairs, and did nothing in Basic Lairs.
- Partner trainers will always have a Sitrus Berry equipped on their Pokémon if no other item is set.
- When a partner trainer is accompanying you in a Raid Adventure, the "Reorder Party" option will now appear in the command menu. Selecting this will allow you to view your Partner's Pokémon, and change your lead Pokémon to send out along with theirs.
Adventure Map Editor
- The UI for the Adventure Map Editor in debug mode has been given some visual improvements such as displaying each map's description while scrolling through the map list.
- When using the Adventure Map Editor, there is now a "Delete map" option when editing a map.
- When using the Adventure Map Editor, when you "Move" a tile from one location to an occupied tile, you will now be able to choose to "Swap" the held tile with the occupied tile, instead of only being able to "Replace" the occupied tile entirely.
- A new Adventure Map named "Debug Maze" is now included with the plugin as map 0. This map showcases every single tile type available, making it optimal for testing how each tile works.
Minor Update (v2.0.1)
- Fixed a bug that would crash the game upon displaying the rewards screen after clearing a Max Raid Den or Tera Raid Den.
