《Cozy Game Restoration》发售前 Steam 愿望单突破 40 万

One small indie title seems to have hit a nostalgic note with gamers, and has surpassed 400,000 wishlists on Steam a few weeks before it is due to launch. Cozy Game Restoration sees players cleaning up retro titles in a rather satisfying way. If you’ve missed this one so far, check out the most recent gameplay trailer below to see what it’s all about.

Interest in the title, which has been solo developed by Adam Stormhardt of Parasol Corp, has grown steadily over the course of 2026, and a playtest in May had nearly 150,000 sign-ups. The title was also in the top 25 most played demos in June’s Steam Next Fest.

In Cosy Game Restoration, players can clean the years of grime and dirt from a growing collection of retro titles from the 80s right up to the early 2000s. Per the team at Parasol Corp, “Open mystery parcels to uncover forgotten games in varying conditions, with different artwork, rarities, and regional variants. Players can build their collection across six unique retro-inspired platforms, collecting 108 distinct games in both PAL and NTSC variants, with five rarity levels to discover. Some games even include notes left by previous owners, offering glimpses into the stories behind each second-hand find. Beyond restoring and collecting games, players can complete 300 quests at launch, including collection and cleaning challenges that unlock decorations and furniture. These rewards let players personalize their space, gradually turning their workspace into a celebration of retro gaming.“

There’s a huge library of fictional game titles to collect here, but the game also has some collaborations with real titles, such as Abiotic Factor.

Cozy Game Restoration launches onto Steam on November 4th, and will cost $14.99.
