Uncanny Works公布心理恐怖新作《Late Night Check-In》，Q2 2027登陆Steam

Your Shift Is About to Begin in Late Night Check-In

Working the night shift at a hotel sounds harmless enough, until the guests start getting weird. Indie developer Uncanny Works has announced Late Night Check-In, a psychological horror game that turns routine hotel duties into a disturbing fight to uncover the truth. The game launches on Steam in Q2 2027, with a free demo arriving on October 26, 2026.

In Late Night Check-In, players step into the shoes of an overnight hotel receptionist. Your job is simple: welcome guests, check them into their rooms, and prepare drinks for room-service orders. But as the hours pass, strange visitors and unsettling events begin to unfold, turning an ordinary shift into something far more sinister.

Players will need to keep up with their responsibilities while investigating the dark secrets lurking inside the old hotel. The game blends everyday tasks with psychological horror, creating an experience where even the most mundane interactions could hide something disturbing.

Late Night Check-In also embraces a retro aesthetic inspired by late-1990s video games and VHS imagery. This old-school visual style looks to complement the game’s eerie atmosphere, while its branching narrative offers three different endings for players to uncover. The game will also support 10 languages.

Those curious to see what awaits behind the reception desk won’t have to wait until launch. Uncanny Works plans to release a free demo on October 26, giving players an early chance to experience the hotel’s unsettling night shift. The game’s Steam page is already live, and players can wishlist it now.

Late Night Check-In is scheduled to arrive on Steam in Q2 2027. If creepy guests, retro visuals, and unsettling mysteries sound like your kind of horror, this might be one hotel stay you won’t want to miss.
