Noise Marine
Noise Marine Soundset (Not Dawn of War rip)
This was made to suit a Noise Marine from Warhammer 40k, but it doesn't contain any Warhammer 40k specific names or references so it should be suitable for use in other settings. The character is that of an auditory fanatic with an artificially amplified voice.
Original lines taken from the character of Maestro on Doctor Who, performed by Jinx Monsoon. Editing by me, using audacity, voicechanger.io, and vocalremover.org.
