I really loved that game as a kid. It's good! That racing dog is dope. And the penguins.

My hope is when he gets to San Francisco Rush he let's the entire song play when entering your initials after a race because that song alone should bump it up several spots on the list.

Jeff has routinely shit on the N64 for years and years on his pods in hilarious fashion so I'm interested to see how he feels about all of these games all this time later with fresh eyes. Will he emerge after these rankings with a new appreciation for the system or will he hold his opinion?

Apologies if it's been explained previously - I might have even asked it before myself - but can we please maybe a brief technical explainer. I have of course heard of a few of the terms and equipment on show here but I'm a little foggy on the setup.

The World is Not Enough will hopefully get the respect it deserves. A solid third place in the fps category behind GoldenEye and #1 Perfect Dark.

Just kidding I know it'll be below the turok games and doom64, but it was my most played n64 fps.

(SummerCarts are based on an open design, not a specific one thing, so some are just plain carts while others are in fact blinged out with all sorts of bullshit lights depending on what you buy/build.)

How much time he spends with the game depends on what the game is. Something like Cruis'n or Rampage games will probably get 30-45 minutes. Something like Zelda will probably get 2 plus hours or an entire episode.

Edit: but really, it's hard to say, since a lot of these games are much more involved than NES games. We'll probably have a better idea once he does a game that requires a lot more time.

Ogre Battle 64, Road Rash 64, Rouge Squadron, Shadowgate 64 are the one's I'm most curious where he'll place them.
