Final Fantasy Resonance 现已发售

Final Fantasy Resonance, the first HD-2D Final Fantasy game and a retelling of the first arc of the defunct mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, is out now.

This new adventure sees original characters embark on a journey to uncover the truth behind a mysterious force that is set to bring the world to ruin. These heroes can make use the power of Visions, which includes iconic characters across the sixteen numbered Final Fantasy games, to grant them more skills and attacks.

Final Fantasy Resonance should feel like an old-school Final Fantasy experience not just from the pixel art graphics, but also its turn-based battle system as well as the many classic iconographies that defined the series: airships, crystals, moogles.

For the hardcore fans, there are side quests to discover and optional challenging encounters. Somehow, Gilgamesh returns, but fans know better that it’s always an option for Gilgamesh to somehow appear in any Final Fantasy game.

Final Fantasy Resonance features a demo, where the save data there can be carried over to the full game.

Final Fantasy Resonance is out now on PS5, PC (Microsoft Store), Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. The version on Steam will release a day later in Asia, on October 23.
