Generate training equipment loots further from zombie spawners
The first mission will always give a building training equipment
Tweaked the design of the first chapter maps to have more fire
Made the game cursor reflect current weapon recoil
Improved the base tutorial layout
Tweaked the game UI (wider objectives panel, taller extraction panel, transparent danger bar)
[Gamepad] Keep the cursor closer to the player when using a melee weapon building something
Fixed melee weapons not hitting very close zombies
Fixed stamina being consumed when not moving
