This is one of the projects that I wanted to keep as secretive as possible until my "to-do list" was cleaner and I also had more time to throw at it. This felt a bit more ambitious than Quake 3 or HL1 on the platform, but the end result was absolutely worth it.
NotDC is a Dreamcast emulator that aims at speed and compatibility using the latest PSL1GHT toolchain. At the moment, a lot of games run in full speed. Some run at 85% max (and not always), and very rare ones will either have issues of some kind (either graphics glitches or slowdowns). The default settings will ensure that most games will run as intended, but I also hid the other options behind an Advanced menu mode.

Main features:

• Play Dreamcast games in CDI, GDI and CHD formats in your Playstation 3!
• Fully supports Apollo Save Tool to dump, inject and edit saves inside the VMUs

Installation:

1. Install the homebrew
2. Place the bios inside /dev_hdd0/data/NotDC/data/
3. Place the games inside /dev_hdd0/data/NotDC/discs/ or USB.

Known issues/limits:

• Windows CE games are too heavy for the console. They boot, but the framerate is unbearable.
• Some games (Dead or Alive 2) are too heavy for the emulator. I can't guarantee that they'll gain better performance in future.
• Some intro FMVs will suffer from cooldowns, but nothing out of the ordinary. Gameplay will run fine.
